Q1: Are you a factory ?
A: Surely of course, we are the factory with years production experience in HuiZhou, which is close to Shenzhen and HongKong. Our main products are metal crafts, metal display rack and metal furniture parts. Welcome you to visit our factory at your convenience.

Q2: Where could I use this product?
A: Our products were widely applied in commercial, household, retail and construction fields. Customization of Metal fabrication as well as ODM/OEM ordre are welcome.

Q3: Can I get sample with my own design first, and then start the mass order ?
A: It's absolutely no problem. The cost of sampling and freight will be charged accordingly.

Q4: What is the sample lead-time?
A: It would take 8~15 working days after the related technical information confirmed. The sampling duration depends on the product complexity

Q5: What's the delivery time of mass order?
A: Normally, 30 working days after P.O. confirmed.

Q6: Do we need to pay the mold cost again when we reorder next time ?
A: No, you just need to pay one time if the product specification doesn't change, usually the mold can be used for years.

Q7: What is the packaging material and method?
A: The packaging material would be polybag/PE foam/Outer carton box.
Generally, a set will be packed into a standard export carton, lined with hard foam padding inside.

Q8: Can the large-size product be shipped in KD?
A: KD packaging would be applied to save the freight cost if necessary. And, the KD design will be considered when the project initiated.

Q9: How to make payments to your company?
A: The payment method we proposed is T/T to our company bank account. Or, 30% deposit and 70% balance paid off before shipping is acceptable too.
You could pay us through Alibaba as well. We also can accept LC, Alipay, Wechat pay and Western union.
